Returns

All fine art prints are individually produced after each order. Each fine art print is specially made and personalized for the customer. Therefore, returns of fine art prints are excluded. 

Shipping details:

• Fine art prints are shipped in a cardboard tube
• Shipping 15-30 days after the release date
• Collectors will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the fine art print has left the studio in Munich.
• Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs taxes.

Rückgabe

Alle Kunstdrucke werden individuell nach jeder Bestellung angefertigt. Jeder Druck wird speziell für den Kunden hergestellt und personalisiert. Daher ist eine Rückgabe ausgeschlossen.

Versanddetails

• Die Kunstdrucke werden in einer Versandrolle aus Karton verschickt.
• Versand erfolgt 15–30 Tage nach dem Veröffentlichungsdatum 
• Sammler erhalten eine Versandbestätigung per E-Mail mit der Sendungsnummer, sobald der Druck das Studio in München verlassen hat.
