In his latest sculptural series FRACTURED, Ruben Benjamin reduces form to essential geometries—cubes, cylinders, triangles — cut from solid white marble. These monolithic shapes are then broken by hand: their clean volume interrupted, their raw interior exposed. Marble, as a memory of pressure and patience, becomes a medium for translating gestural flow into geological permanence.

In the SPLIT series Ruben pushes his painterly abstraction further. By segmenting and subdividing his compositions, Benjamin introduces new spatial rhythms—fields emerge, collide, re-align. Each surface becomes a fragmented terrain, somewhere between figuration and landscape, between structure and disruption.
